The location was amazing, very close to a convenient store, crossroads, and Tacoma. the room was brand-new, clean, and had a balcony along with 2 queen beds. - the staff, including the manager, were excellent. - I spent 14 days here and would love to return in the future.

Great way to end our weekend. Amiable and helpful staff, even from the manager. - Good choice of goodies for breakfast. - Comfy room, warm for value. - Efficient business location close to everything. - Convenient store and crossroads not far from Tacoma.

The room was dirty I had a reservation but they where sold out so I had a dirty room I changed the bed myself it was late and I didn't want to look else where I will never go back tho the msn was rude and act like he was mad I asked him could we have room clean he said bi staff was there but him take it or leave basically

The ppl around all night long

Apparently they have a contract with the city to relocate the homeless. I slept with a gun by my bed.

The staff here were super helpful and really top-notch. We had a great time in the rooms considering what we paid 💸.

Nothing!

This was an awful experience, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone!! The tv was broke, the phone was broke, there was hair in the bed, people were doing drug deals outside the hotel. It was so disgusting. I was supposed to stay 3 nights with my kids and left after the first as soon as I could.

I booked queen studio with 2 queen beds and the balcony, as for instance which turned out to be a warm room. A microwave, a fridge and a cooktop were very handy. Favourable business location close to Tacoma, convenient store, and stores.

Absolutely no complaints here - we totally suggest staying at this place! It's a great spot to chill out while you explore around 🌟. The rooms are cozy with beds that make you want to stay in all day, and the staff is super friendly and ready to lend a hand.

Comfortable beds in the queen studio are top-notch. the location is pretty convenient, right next to a store and near Tacoma and crossroads. 🌟

Location was central to both residential, business and venues. Price was decent.

Bed was hard as the floor. Bedspread had a cigarette-like burn hole. One of the staircases smelled like urine. Swipe locks on doors to one of the rooms as well as stairwells and elevator did not work properly; necessitating the room key be recoded and a long walk around the end of the building. Serious safety issue.

The room smelled like animal urine and the toilet was not cleaned.

The staff was helpful.

People would smoke and it would blow into the vents
